This place should be shut down with how unprofessional it is. The employees are no help. Don’t want to work! I went to pick up a packet was told it wasn’t there ! Tried tracking calling all day. They told me driver would try drop off again! And after trying all day to pick up my packet they told me there closed for the day to pick up tomorrow. There were medicine in that box that I NEEDED. Still get notifications that the package is at the facility but they won’t find it. Employee went to the back grabbed wrong packet and gave it to me just to get rid of me ! Wrong name wrong address!!! So unprofessional i was really surprised. Worse customer service. Employee are super unprofessional! And no help or want to work what so ever ! If I could rate 0 I think that’s too much for this place !

The people here are very friendly and it’s a clean area. They respect you and treat you well. They usually are busy there, but they make sure they get to you as soon as they can! Packages are backed up a bit because of COVID and that’s understandable because it’s something they have no control over! Love it here.

We moved to Leominster at the beginning of November, and had set up mail forwarding. Six weeks went by without any mail. I submitted two help tickets on the usps website and whoever I spoke to both times said I had set it up correctly and had no idea where all of our mail went. We were waiting on checks and other very time-sensitive documents. Finally in week 7 we got a letter from the post office saying that they have a new policy that when a house changes hands you have to put out a sidewalk mailbox and they’ve been holding my mail until we install one. I went down to the Leominster office and spoke to a manager to find out why on earth they waited so long to tell us. He had no answer. I said the ground is frozen under a foot of snow at this point and he told me to “put it in a bucket with sand”. No interest at all in working with me to wait until spring. We put one in, and are the only people on our street with one. So the lazy mail carrier had been walking up to everyone else’s doors and skipping ours. The house right next door that we share a driveway with sold and the new owners moved in weeks after us. I (just now) watched the carrier walk up to their door and deliver mail. Insane how you’re fine enforcing a policy on one resident and not the next. No announcements to the city or awareness to realtors to inform buyers if that is your actual new policy. Sounds like a LAZY and CARELESS carrier to me.

People at the post office are always very nice and Friendly. Our mailman (Mike) here at Whitney Carriage apartment is very nice, friendly and always put an effort to deliver packages by the door and not by the building main gate.

Yes you can.
Yes you can.
Yes, you should be able to. Put the side flag up. If that doesn't work, leave a message for the carrier, if it keeps happening go online and tell them.
