If it a service dog.. Not because you want to bring your family pets..
Only a service dog is permitted. Outside is only open when weather cooperates.
On the patio....out side eating is there NOT always open or staffed
I am sure that option is not available
Not sure. I've seen dogs at Dave's Diner across the street so possibly as it's the same owners I believe
