Very enjoyable evening at the Fireside with seven family members celebrating together. The short ribs over Parmesan risotto were very tasty and highly recommended …. meat was fork tender/no need for a knife, risotto was rich and cheesy. Everyone at the table was quite happy with their individual choices. No complaints were heard. Special mention and thanks to our server, Allie and manager Adam. Everyone on the team was very friendly, welcoming and efficient. This will definitely be the spot for future gatherings.

Just had a wonderful experience. I have been here many times over the years for dinner and lunch, but today for the first time ever I had their brunch. Man was it good. They offer a large selection of food from breakfast fare to prime rib. They have the usual yogurt, scrambled eggs, sausage, bacon, waffles, a very interesting prime rib hash, then dinner food like mashed potatoes, carrots, pasta salad, clams, pulled pork, ribs and Prime rib with available Au Jus and horseradish sauce. Today it was served with a good selection of desserts from Danish, bread pudding, muffins to apple crisp, cookies and cannoli. They also have a chocolate fountain and a selection of fruit and treats to dip in to chocolate. You can also get omelets and eggs Benedict made to order. The brunch runs around $25 per person which includes hot beverages like coffee or tea. Outstanding value, high quality, great tasting food and a great atmosphere. I couldn't recommend it more highly. 5 stars

I don't recommend ordering the salmon. Compare these pictures to the salmon pictures that they show on their website and menu. The salmon I received was was totally flavorless and overcooked. I honestly feel like it was something that was boiled in a zip lock, And there was no fancy lemon in with it either, there was no lemon at all. It was Really weird. We were looking for someone to cater an event for us in a few weeks. We ordered macaroni and cheese for a toddler and it was basically the same as the Velveeta you buy at the store in the Box. I don't really have an issue with that except that it was way overprised. My son-in-law got the French dip, He said it was OK but nothing to write home about. I don't know, maybe they're regular chef Was on vacation or something.

Great family restaurant right off of 495 in Middleboro. Our waitress was amazing as was the food and drinks we ordered. Perfect for small groups or large. Definitely worth the trip!!
