If you're coming on NY route 155 East, you'll follow the signs for the airport till you come to Heritage Lane, where you turn right. After a very short distance, you'll turn left onto Meeting house Road, which takes you right to the Shaker site.
That is a very broad question. That depends on where you are coming from. But it is located basically across the street from the Albany International Airport.
