Bring the sirloin back and they will fix it. Their meat has always been great - was probably a mistake and they also need to know about it to avoid future issues.
I would talk with management...it could be a mistake....i believe honestly that they wouldnt do that on purpose

We get beef filets at least when they are on sale and often more for the past 30 years and have never had a problem. I am sure Bob, the meat manager, would want to know,correct it and insure it never happens again to anyone. Our beef tnderloin roast from the Co-Op for today's Easter dinner was fabulous!

I have never had that happen. Im sure they will correct the issue if you bring it to their attention. Everyone i interact with is very courteous and helpful.
I have not heard of that ever being an issue, but they're awesome there, and if you bring it to their attention, I am positive they'll rectify the situation. The staff members are great!
