you can find plenty of soups there that you can choose from,and Whole Foods is not more expensive than any other market that offers high quality food.
I don't really shop there because they are super expensive.
There's plenty of variety in the canned soups they have. You can definitely find one that is bland without spices if that's what you're looking for
