Do you offer any monetary assistance for senior citizens that are on low income for operations for their 2 year old puppy that has a liver shunt? The cost is so high, I can’t afford it. Is there any help for seniors in my situation?

They have a relationship with a financing company call Care Credit for loans. But also, the ASPCA may be able to help out with the bill as well.
