They’re helpful, efficient and prompt! Only reason I gave them four instead of five stars is I WISH THEY COULD PROVIDE AN ACTUAL LAWYER!

They have no patience with people w t.b.i. And create so much stress that you cannot get the words out fast enough that they shut u down, leaving u disshearted, lost and depressed, not worth the effort to dial them

I received excellent services and advice by an extremely professional lawyer. She helped with my son's IEP and the advice she gave me led to a very successful outcome. I wish I remembered her name to give my sincere and greatful thanks to her for her generosity!

Your parents can set up A meeting with there lawyer. A lawyer will defend your decisions for you.
The disability law center will have to answer the question...https://www.dlc-ma.org/...if have a diagnosis of legally deaf from Dr you will be able to fight this...just wearing a hearing aid is not enough... good luck
They did that to me many years ago. Unless u want to PAY a lawyer (Legal Aid won't help - scared of SSA et al) they WILL find a way to take it all back. Another time I was in a suit w/others and I was SUPPOSED to get $27,000 from a botched surgery; Medicaid and Medicare took it ALL as repayment - and of course the lawyer took his share too!
Do you have any kind of insurance like Medicaid/Medicare/United Health? Do you have a dr and can he SAY that you are mentally disabled? There are too many questions to ask here. FIRST THING you should do is get some kind of medical record STATING that you ARE mentally disabled. Go to any dr. of your choice and have him/her examine you. THEN ask for a social worker from that hospital to help you thru the maze that is Medicaid if you don't have any insurance. Sorry I can't be of more help but there's just not enough information here.
What is the Disability Law Center Inc answer? They are given 5 questions but give no answers! The fact that they list 5 questions and give no answers is reason to avoid them. My bigger question is does this scam actually work for them? Consumer Protection services please pay attention and do your job.
How can I Change poa she takes my money and food stamps what can I do
