if a person that wears hearing aids get arrested by the police and during the booking process. do the police have the right to remove the hearing aids from the suspect even though the hearing aid are the only means to communicate with others THANKS!

The disability law center will have to answer the question...https://www.dlc-ma.org/...if have a diagnosis of legally deaf from Dr you will be able to fight this...just wearing a hearing aid is not enough... good luck
