Agreed no one is going to hurry you along. I would plan on two hours to be safe
6:00 is probably your best bet. Dinner is not rushed there.
Saturday nights are the busiest nights and are usually completely booked. Showtimes are especially busy times and everyone wants to eat and leave at the same time. The earlier, the better. If you want to leave the restaurant at 7:30, 6/6:30 is not a good time to make a reservation. You definitely need to go earlier! It would be a different story if it were a Monday or Tuesday night.
6:00 to 6:30 is the sweet spot... You should be able to make your showing... It helps to let your server know your plan and timing as well
