i have a complaint. today at 9:15 am i went directly to the screen door aisle and made my choice. couldn't find a sales person. finally found a man in another section helping a customer and he called for help for me. mike appeared after a few minutes. i told him what i wanted but don't want it until monday. he sent me to the front desk so i could pay for it and arrange for a later pickup. nisim at the service desk couldn't find it on the computer without the sque number.she called mike but he didn't answer. after a long wait she went to the area and brought back the door herself. i spent an hour and a quarter before i put my purchase on my credit card. good thing i had the time or i would have walked out.
