Customer service is absolutely amazing. Stopped in with my son for Christmas stuff, elf on a shelf specifically. The store was out but the staff was absolutely fantastic about helping me. The lady that helped me and my son order the toy was so courteous and friendly. My son is non-verbal and autistic, she was so patient and understanding when he started to get over stimulated. I started to feel a little anxious because by helping me order the toy a bit of a line started to form. The entire staff team came out and worked together, all the customers were taken care of, no one got stressed out. It was all very professional and nice to see. Thank you for the nice experience!

Shirley the manager need a raise!! In a world where no one wants to work, and customer service is nothing short of terrible, she was extremely helpful/pleasant/wonderful to talk to. I will definitely give Bed Bath and Beyond my business because of her. She needs a raise, thanks for making me smile while I shop.

I was assisted finding my items rather quickly. An assocoate helped me to carry a huge item to my car with no issues. I experienced prompt service and my cashier reminded me to use my coupon, which I usually forget to do! The King Sheet Sets were low on inventory and availability.
