Had the best experience at this Big lots. Was shopping for some last minutes things while helping my brother in law move and came across the store manager, Stan. He was extremely helpful. He gave me some twine to secure the mattress on my truck. Very grateful for his help. Thank you Stan and your team for saving the day.

Horrible customer service!! I had just received my stimulus check so I had a big list I was planning to buy. Stocking up in my home in every area I could, which I hadn't done in months at that point so I wasn't making a quick in and out trip. I wasn't dressed up business casual but I was dressed in I'd say a sunday evening comfortable outfit, a romper with over shirt. The employees never said a thing to me but called the cops and had me trespassed for "taking too long" as I shopped! I've never been more insulted or embarrassed in my life! I didn't realize I was being timed or perhaps I would have chose another establishment to NOT waste my time in!

I don't know exactly what they have going on with the roof at this establishment but the bins that catch the water dripping from the broken, missing, and stained tiles are disgusting.. I understand that things happen but maybe those things could be changed out, cleaned or maybe even lined with a plastic bag ..I've just never seen anything like that in a store.
