Wensday and Thursday are the best days,but even when it's busy now they are moving people right along.They are doing a great job now! Go DMV!!!
What time do they open
It depends on when you go. I went first thing in the morning on a Thursday and didn't wait more than 15 minutes. I think the afternoons are busier.
