Yep! They don't ask for insurance. You can register online or a kiosk too. The kiosk is awesome, especially if you need your tags quick.. I just used the Kiosk at the Brockton DMV last month. It's like a vending machine. There was no line, I scanned my renewal notice, paid cash and it printed out my new registration with new 2020 tags. I was in and out in literally less than 10 minutes.
