I WAS TOLD BY DAYTONA STORE MANAGER TERRY THAT I COULD NOT SHOP THERE AGAIN BECAUSE I HAD MADE 2 PURCHASES AND THEN CANCELLED THE ORDER. I USED TO BE A SEARS EMPLOYEE AND I KNOW THAT IS INCORRECT PROCEEDURE FOR A CUSTOMER TO BE TREATED

Found the same to be true in regards to prices vs level of damage. In fact, ended up buying a floor model Samsung from Lowes with 0 damage at half the price of Sears scratch and dent appliances. It will be the last time I consider Sears Outlet for appliances for sure.

Don't know what their policy is.

Wow, is the one in Daytona an outlet? The outlet off of Colonial probably not much better! They had Spanish music blareing, and the employees were speaking Spanish as well! They seemed to be too involved in their own conversations than helping customers! For the damages done to the appliances they're way over priced! For being an outlet selling scratch and dent appliances they really don't know what they're doing!
