Absolutely AMAZING service. It's what you get at ANY Ace Hardware but as soon as I walked in the door, the cashier welcomed me. As I walked around looking at the electric riding lawn mower, I didn't get bothered, but the second I looked like I had a question, THREE people came over to help. I asked about buying extra batteries, what was in stock, warranty, and they took the time to go back and double-check each answer! They were super friendly, but I felt VERY confident in purchasing this $5500 riding lawnmower. They stand behind their products. I got free delivery, and free assembly and they were ordering a mulching kit for me! This was such thorough testing of the mower, we bought it on the spot. They answered every question or concern we had. Love this store. This mower is available at Lowe's and Ace, so we chose THIS Ace. Had a washer installed from Lowe's three months ago and they forgot the drain hose so it flooded the laundry room and Lowe's never followed up, etc. Anyway, this ACE is amazing! Can't wait to get the mower delivered. Since this EGO lawn mower battery fits in all sorts of other lawn accessories, we'll be back for more. Thanks for always treating your customers with respect and being "the helpful hardware place." Thanks Frank, and staff!

The store is nice and the staff tries to be helpful. However, I’ve been here a handful of times and there’s an older guy that works there that lurks around you when I’m shopping. It’s one thing to ask to help, but once I respond with “I found what I’m looking for.” Or “I’m good.” As the employee it’s time to walk away. He just stands next to me while I shop, like he has to keep an eye on me, like I’m going to steal something. It’s really uncomfortable and has happened more then once with this guy. I would definitely prefer to shop somewhere else even though this place is closer to my home.
