John L. Was amazing and greeted us with a smile as we walked in the door. He showed us everything I was looking for, gave us a detailed explanation of the warranty protection plan that they offer, compared to the manufacturers warranty. I found the best prices. I was out the door in 30 minutes!!! If you ever stop by to shop at American freight ask for John, it’s rare to find knowledgeable sales representatives who know about their products and services and treat you with exceptional service. I highly recommend John.

Shaji gave us a great experience! We went to look at an out of box Cafe refrigerator. He rolled it out for us, plugged it in so we could make sure it worked. Made sure we got the no taxes for the energy efficient appliances. It was raining and Shaji knew we were taking it all the way back to Jacksonville, so he made sure the guys loading it up wrapped it up so it wouldn’t get wet. We are supper happy with our purchase. In the future if we need any other appliances we will be looking forward to working with Shaji again.

I live 100 miles NW of this store; however, I choose to drive to this location for my appliances. I bought a French door refrigerator about 6 months ago and was very happy with my purchase. Today I bought a steam dryer. Dean, John, Josh and Tito were the salesmen there today. They were all very friendly & helpful. They were knowledgeable about the products and helped me decide without pushing for a sale We will be back when we need another appliance.

Our oven died this morning so we did a quick search of ovens in Orlando. We found this GE oven with 4.5 stars and a price tag of $449 compared to $719 at a competitor. It was in stock and though there is a sizable dent on the side it doesn’t affect performance and you can’t even see it once installed. Alex was very helpful and we were in and out in less than half an hour. They were efficient and gave us a discount on the after care package. Highly recommend checking this place out!

They're open Monday through Friday 8 to 12. Good luck in any response from them. That's how they treated me, and will never return.
Try to pay them online see if you can register your account online and pay your bill that's what I do hope this helps

In fact, starting in late April, we will no longer use the Sears Outlet name and it will be removed entirely from all of our materials and business operations.

Found the same to be true in regards to prices vs level of damage. In fact, ended up buying a floor model Samsung from Lowes with 0 damage at half the price of Sears scratch and dent appliances. It will be the last time I consider Sears Outlet for appliances for sure.

Sears outlet has a different selection of items everytime I go. Sometimes you might have to visit a few times to find what you need.

We use XPO Logistics as our 3rd party delivery team. Local Delivery (within 50 miles of store) costs $81.99 and it covers up to 5 pieces. Delivery dates vary based on your zipcode.
I think they do for a fee. Not sure. Or if you purchase new items, they will remove the old ones
