Ive only visited this restaurant once. Not sure of all their dishes. But my meal was delicious.

They only do carts on the weekends. If you go during the week you will have to order from a menu. I don't believe they have dumplings with just prawns in them but they do have some delicious fried shrimp balls.
They do. Dim sum on carts for lunch. So you can look before ordering
