Most DAPPV vaccines are now accepted as three year duration vaccinations - not all veterinarians accept that, however, the manufacturers are stating that off the record, especially for dogs older than 2 years and have had booster vaccinations annually. Personally that is my personal protocol for my own dog. Bordetella is a different matter - to date the best research I have reviewed indicates the best of the bordetella vaccines last barely a year. Annual boosters should be the standard protocol. Dr. Carpenter
Vets recommend both shots yearly and I personally get my dog both every year.
