Is a safety course required for anyone (I'm 19 and know how to properly handle firearms) or is it optional?

You have to pass a safety test, but there is no course. The test is based off of their range rules.

Safety course to shoot at the range? No, now there is a long list of rules that you have to read and then take a test before shooting. But no sit down 8 hour course.
