My wife bought me a $500 griddle for Father's Day this year, which was delivered this July and always kept covered, and the top is starting to rust. She called this Ace location which is where she bought it and they said "call the manufacturer." I wish we had just bought it from the manufacturer and not given this Ace location our business. When the local store doesn't provide good customer service why not just buy everything from Amazon where the social aspect almost guarantees better service. Either way we will not be shopping at Ace Hardware at 633 Washington Street, Coventry RI ever again.

Store reps are well mannered and always willing to help. Ace is a tad more expensive than the larger chain stores, but its a fair price to pay for a more personalized experience.

I tried to return ace purchase. All I wanted was a store credit. The stuff I bought says Ace on it. But the cashier was rude. Said to me it was over 30 days. We can not return. I asked to see manager. Cashier rudely said I will call him but your wasting your time. Girl had red hair. Wont be going to Ace no more. This is the 2nd time I post a comment about this place. They dont like negative reviews so they get it removed. I am going to have to contact FB and the Ri Aclu. Freedom of speech violation.
