My husband and I took our granddaughter there for an earache. At first we felt like this was the wrong place to be . After awhile, I can see and understand the situation. The nurse who took us to the room was a God sent. She kept my granddaughter at ease and relaxed. She was funny, polite, and caring. She is visiting us from another State, so she really needed that little bit of love. Thank you

I have been to this urgent care many times over the past decade with no complaints, the staff is always kind and understanding, and the office is clean. However, I recently went in for a sick visit and after testing negative for COVID, was told I “most likely had a viral”, and sent home after paying my high copay. I felt awful and continuously worse for days afterwards and ended up going to a different urgent care, where I tested positive for the flu and was given the proper care and instructions. I was certainly upset I wasn’t tested for the flu sooner, but I became more upset with this urgent care after learning that someone close to me saw the same doctor and was not only tested for the flu, but also given a prescription medicine for a faster recovery. I just wish that I was provided with this same care sooner so that I may have recovered quicker.

Not a very clean facility. Can’t be hard to wipe the walls down or paint. Not open on the weekends so you’ll still have to go to an ER. Can’t get in touch with anyone to get records when you call. Just a lot of unnecessary hassle.

The walk in is great but when it comes to choosing the primary care side go elsewhere. I’m not one to write a negative review but hoping this saves someone else many headaches and frustrations. Was referred to a Endo and never got in because they faxed only half of what was needed and when contacted to send the rest of my chart they STILL forgot parts needed. They wrote the wrong diagnoses in my chart. My Dermatologist requested on numerous occasions a referral and never received that also (my appointment rescheduled as a result). It’s a nightmare receiving any documents by an outside office and/or for a referral. Go elsewhere!!!!
