Absolutely. There are 2 signs at the front that are contradictory about whether leashes are necessary or not, but queensbury code allows dogs to be off the leash as long as they are considered "in your control". People there are very nice and the trail is the best trail around in my opinion. Take a walk down by the water to see for yourself.
