What’s the size of Coco Key? I’m only seeing a kiddie section with limited activities. Is this a “water-park,” or more of an extravagant pool section of a hotel?

It's not a theme park, but it is not just a hotel with a pool. The hotel has one pool for regular guests, and then it has the resort style area with a kiddy area, and adult area. Then the theme park style area with large slides(3) of them. On 2 of those, you can get on a single ortamdon tube. Between the resort pool and the them park style slides, you have a large teen/kid area were they have their own smaller slides (3) of them. It is very well worth the $. For a 1 day get away.

They have slides and such. It's no Wet n Wild or Volcano Bay but the slides should be adequate to keep kiddies entertained.

It's a water park. There is a small pool and hot tub separate from the water park. It was more quiet, less crowded, and heated. The water park had a heated section but freezing water for the slides and spouts.
