Yes, Sea World is probably my favorite in the area for young kids. Sea World and Legoland. Big difference is the lines are usually super short (comparitively) at Sea World for similar rides.
Of course.You can go to the Bay of Play.It has rides,water and games.
Just left Orlando had 2 teens and 3 year old. Seaworld has rides for older kids and a park for the little ones the seal and whale shows the 3 year old loved. Aquatica was great for the 3 year old after we got him a puddle jumper life jacket from Wal-Mart I highly recommend.

The shows are fantastic...any 3 year old will love them. I just took my 2 year old and he had a blast.
