When is the best time to watch the commersons dolphins in the underwater viewing window?

I saw them through the viewing window but not when I went down the tube. there was too much water and I was going to fast

They always out so any time would be good

They are always swimming about throughout the day I've seen them everytime as I walk by very cool creatures
