I went yesterday. Vest 🦺 have plenty. Chair aren't allowed, they rent some other are free. Go early very early to find good spots.
Kids items yes but none are allowed in the tide pool, rapids, lazy river or any slides. We were told outside chairs or umbrellas are not allowed.
You can bring chairs but like Kanika said, they have chairs there. You can bring life vests for your kids but personal tunes and noodles are not allowed.
Aquatica have chairs all around and I don't know about kids things
