Guard here... no phones down the body slides. The phones can be in those pouches but they need to be secured in a pocket or in your shirt when riding down the tube slides.
No, you cannot on the slides. I was there yesterday and also a year ago.
Some rides yes, but some they'll have you take off anything on neck, necklaces, etc..

Yes. But watch your glasses or sunglasses though. I lost mine and they showed up in lost and found, which is very organized and awesome. I flipped over in a lazy river and off they came!
You can hold it in the pouch down all slides except for Ihu's Breakaway Falls, which requires you to leave all loose articles with a non-rider or in a locker.
