Why can't I ever get a hold of anyone to set up an appointment to do a full mouth extractions? I call and all I get is a busy signal. I really need to get this done as soon as possible.

You'll need to find an Oral Maxillofacial Surgeon/OMS to perform a full oral extraction. St. Peter's Dental Clinic is not equipped to perform this surgery.
