Don't do it. Only one laundromat center open people come fr ok m all over to use it.They not timely in fixing repairs . They dont keep the property up to part- cleanliness. Crime yes. That is a plantation full of apts. Good and very bad area. You don't know who neighbors will be .Too many tenants in that one area. U will regret it.
