My friend has been trying to contact the access Florida hotline to speak with an agent so he can reapply for his EBT Benefits...He has been on the phone for three hours waiting for an agent to answer his call..are you understaffed

Yes the call center been taking up to 5 hours but you can apply online

If he or she are not disable you can't apply over the phone. Create an account in MyACCESS and apply. It will be send to a processor.
