I bought a bike from them, i had to fight for 3 weeks to get a clutch put in and they did fix it but made me pay for the fluid. Dave is nice but the owner kept hiding to stay away from me. Hes not a man hes a mouse. Now i finally took bike to another dealer and the shake that they said was Normal for that bike wasn't it was the rim and tire . So i love the bike but don't and won't trust them . Sorry if this hurts anyone's feelings but it cost me 8100 plus and they are not trustworthy ppl. Dave is the one who trys to smooth everything over and being sick and have bone issues and dealing with cancer and for them to take advantage of a person like that is wrong. I said i wasnt going to say anything but i think if i put the recorded talks we had on the phone and in person that ppl would see that they lie. And i have witnesses that were there when the bike was delivered,So go ahead , try and say something about this message Southwest cycle and ill put recordings up on line for all to here
