Contacted them 3/8/21! Sent pictures, sent form request for service along with multiple calls to them by my husband, NO RETURN CALLS AND N0 RESPONCE AS OF 4/3/21!! ! I wish their was a 0 rating too!! Apparently their was another job more important than us!! Contacted someone else showed up the next day! They are known for not contacting you back and no show per others. Not worth your time, because they don't care about you!!!

Wow, I was so impressed with how quick and informative he was. He did an amazing job of taking care of the bees effectively and not killing them. I found the hive one day and he came out the next day to take care of it. He was very friendly. I would recommend their services. I was very pleased.

Was referred to this company which told everyone that they would address the bee situation at our location that same day. Of course when they changed it to a couple of days later I had no issues with that. When the day of the removal came and went and I took off of work and they didn't show up with no call the owner simply said that Shannon didn't know the schedule properly, even though the owner told the person that referred his company that it would be taken care of that day. This company has little regard to other people's schedules and has little to no work ethic. If all you do is still at home all day then this company is for you! Update: Keith the owner just stopped by and stated that Shannon isn't his employee (even though Shannon was using Keith's tools and Keith sent Shannon to over the estimate to remove the hive) and continued to make excuse after excuse... Stated that he had left some tools outside which he was able to find some but stated that another tool was left outside 3 days ago and is no longer there... Storms off cursing and sticking his middle finger! All while knowing I have security cameras and threating calling his lawyer over what he claimed was a $25 tool. This guy and his company is not worth the aggravation! Look elsewhere!!
