I had the pleasure of being helped by Monk. I was looking for a vehicle to transport my aging best friend, Tanner (>25 lbs) dog to the park each morning and evening for his walk. I was thinking of a scooter under 50cc. I was not comfortable with the his safety on a scooter and then showed me the Sector 250 cart. The price was right and meets all my needs. The manager Dave, even delivered the Sector to my home that evening. I could not have been more happier with the Service I received from Monk and Southwest Cycle. Monk was a complete joy to work with, no pressure, very knowledgable and no hidden agendas. The price he quoted me, was what it was. I am happy and satisfied customer. After seeing their inventory, I am considering going back for a bike or scooter for myself later on. Thank you Monk and Southwest Cycle!

Gio and the rest of the team at Southwest Cycles were awesome to work with. I called to inquire about availability and within just a few minutes, they were finishing up assembly on my Lance Cali Classic 200i and sending me updated photos. What can I say other than my experience was painless and easy. Orlando helped me right away, didn't act too busy, didn't pressure me into anything. He really took his time in answering my questions(hadn't touched a bike in ten years). I was comfortable taking my time. They had a nice inventory and clean showroom, everyone I ran into that worked there was pleasurable to talk and deal with as well. Really can't say enough, I'm comfortable with this company and will absolutely do future business with them.

The prices there are fair and 10 times better than most places I've ever been to so you will have a good time looking for the bike you want and doing the things you want to do as in trying to figure out which bike you want to ride they will help you out 100%

I bought a bike from them, i had to fight for 3 weeks to get a clutch put in and they did fix it but made me pay for the fluid. Dave is nice but the owner kept hiding to stay away from me. Hes not a man hes a mouse. Now i finally took bike to another dealer and the shake that they said was Normal for that bike wasn't it was the rim and tire . So i love the bike but don't and won't trust them . Sorry if this hurts anyone's feelings but it cost me 8100 plus and they are not trustworthy ppl. Dave is the one who trys to smooth everything over and being sick and have bone issues and dealing with cancer and for them to take advantage of a person like that is wrong. I said i wasnt going to say anything but i think if i put the recorded talks we had on the phone and in person that ppl would see that they lie. And i have witnesses that were there when the bike was delivered,So go ahead , try and say something about this message Southwest cycle and ill put recordings up on line for all to here
