For the rides, you have many different locker options that vary in prices. They have an option where you can pay $1 for a locker that you can use for 1 ride. It lasts for about 2 hours, so say you only get on 5 rides while you're there and you use this locker rental option, you'd only pay 5 bucks. If you're looking for a cheap route, I would suggest this. If my memory serves me correct, I believe the all day locker rental is around 15 dollars.
Never use the lockers
Not sure as I've never had to use the lockers at Sea World. They have bins at the loading zone to put your loose things into. I know if you need a locker tho it is not free.
