The employees here know nothing. Very disappointing. Does SeaWorld train their employees!? I also had one employee shove me back from a ride resulting In my daughter and another kids head smashing together. When I complained they did nothing.

Yes they train there employees however, they rotate positions except the animal trainers. I too have experienced the rudeness as well. I think they expect so much out of their employees and don't pay them enough! I hoped this helped a little. Contacting corporate is smart. Good luck.

We've been to the other SeaWorld parks and its NOTHING like this one. I sent an email to corporate....we will see how that works.

Yeah we had a poor experience with the employees too.
