If I go in a UBER car to Seaword, can the driver take me to the entrance without pay parking? Or is a place for UBER o similar to drop off and pick up passengers?

Yes, there is a separate entrance for buses, taxis, ubers etc. They drop you off in front of the main entrance without paying parking.
