I have been trying for 3 days to pay for my families visit and keep getting a error message but no explanation. I have called and told I would get a call back and never have . Customer service is nonexistent when all you care about is money.

Save the money and go to universal... Waste of money too many things closed

Website is messing up. I finally got a call and got my Veterans appreciation tickets.

My cc company also thought it was fraud. I paid at the gate.

I had issues with my cc being blocked by my bank due to potential fraud. The SeaWorld website just kept giving an error with no indication of it being a cc problem. Call the cc company you're using and make sure there's no issue on their end.

You can pay at gate
