Yes you can repeat but you have to choose which parks you would like to visit in advance and reserve the days
All depends on what type of pass you get.
If you have a annual pass you can repeat them as many times as you like within the month

You let them know what 3 parks u want if you choose all sea world that's ok
It shouldn't be a problem to go to another park twice with the 3 park ticket. Just call them to make sure though. What makes sense to us may not be acceptable by their terms/policies.
If you got a 1 day hopper than just 1 if you got the annual pass than you can go to the sake one all year if you like or a different one every day.
