That might be a tough one as most cities in Florida do not allow overnight parking. No Walmart's or Cracker Barrels or vacant lots. You might call the Sanford Chamber of Commerce and ask them. Sorry doesn't look good for you.
There is a parking lot on the street to the south of the restaurant. We've seen delivery trucks parked there. Or if yours is very large, go closer to the lake and you should be able to find something there.
