I have a many-years' collection of Day-Timers which I need to have shredded. Each 2-month book consists of 3-1/2" x 6-1/2" pages, with a metal spiral down one edge. Is this something you can shred, or does the spiral make it a problem?

Yes, this is something that we can shred and the spiral will not be a problem.

The spiral is fine, the shredder will chew through it and magnets will remove metal in the recycling process.
