Josh was fantastic with eagerness to help, patience with my crazy situation, and knowledgeable. Pretty rare these days. This was not only over the phone twice as well as in person. I unfortunately thought Be Mobile was Cellolaris and got sucked in by the woman there. She proceeded to then despite me being first work with multiple other people while I was midsentence asking other customers who came up after me. Also, then rushed to put a screen protector on for me before I had asked all of my questions while I said please wait and stop until it is decided and continued, then explained that I needed to pay for the screen protector now. Realizing at this point that I was at the wrong location as it was a female in front of me and I was letting her know how I appreciated the help from the deeper voiced employee earlier. She then said it was not this service since she was the only one there all day. At that point, I realized being forced into a screen purchase plus poor customer service, I wandered and found Josh who was a night and day difference. I know where I will come in the future for actually customer service. Thanks for being great at your job Josh. I hope you get some accolades from your leadership as you are promoting a solid product for your company's sales. THANKS and here is to casting positive pebbles and focusing on the bright spots!

I had an excellent experience here! They fixed my phone within 45 minutes and it is still working great months later. I also entered their Instagram contest. They post their customers to their Instagram page and if you get the most likes, you get 100% of your money back! I ended up winning and got ALL my money back by the end of the month. This alone would make me recommend Cellolaris. When I went back to pick up my cash I also bought a new phone case that has protected my phone through many drops and is still in great condition (and was only $20!!!). All in all they were quick and provided great quality! I would definitely suggest asking about their Instagram contest if you get your phone fixed there!
