I am the spouse of a veteran. Over 2 months ago I renewed my DOD Card at Kiosk. I never received my card. I sent an email but no response and a couple weeks later called & left a voice mail, Still no response. What do I do now?

Did it in December? Same. And apparently the system glitched and there is no record of a LOT of people. Go in, show them your confirmation email, and they will make you sit and wait like a walk-in...
