It would take like 2 weeks and they will send an email one's ready. When you get the email please call first before go there to make sure they have your ID. Because it happened to me that I drive an hr and a half to get there and my child ID and mine where not find that day that I went to receive the 2 IDs. They told me that I had to come back an other day with my son so we can reschedule and do the IDs again but in person cuz we did them at the kiosk. When I went there again for the 2nd day they already found them but I lost a day and my child miss school because we separated the ne day cuz is a long drive of 3 hrs in total for uss😞. They are supposed to send you a text to let you know. If you haven't heard from them after a couple of weeks. Please go to Pass and ID and check. Please make sure that your ID card is registered before you leave. Because there's a glitch with the Kiosk. We had a very hard time getting the ID fixed. My husband had to get a new one there at the Pass and ID. Good luck.
