If you are a FL State Park season pass holder ask at the gate for afters hours access. You will fill out a form and they will give you the combination to the lock at the gate for 24/7 access.

Pretty sure it opens at 8am.

No early access for state park passholders. I think the park opens at 7am, but the trolley doesn't start running until 9.
