Ok to ride bikes on trails? And beach?

Most definitely! There's people on the trails all the time with bikes when we're walking. Haven't seen bikes on the beach but signs say its allowed.

YES! Theres bike trails through the park and u can ride them on the beach also.

Kayaks are also available for rental and the waterways leading to the ocean are really awesome. This is a really nice area. Bonitta boat rental has pontunes available that are really fun and get you into all the best spots.
