Is there a cost for getting an id if I get food assistance

Sooooooo....... to anybody out there is there a fee ? if your getting food assistance or is it free as it should be. I mean I don't know why I'm asking this question, because as I know so far ain't nothing free in Orlando. He'll Orlando by itself is worse than the USA, smh
