Yes it's completely free, you only pay if you're going to use the splash zone on weekends and only pay 1$, if you want to make a barbeque you have to pay 50$ for small one or 75$ for the big one
This is a beautiful park...we have picnics along the perimeter & there are nice big trees to lounge under! Love this park
