A sign is posted that as of 2/1/18 only seminole dl will be serviced. All other services are processesed here
I am not completely sure but I live in orange county and lately have been going to this DMV which is seminole... I havent had any problems... All this for drivers liscense services. Also got a letter for my registration/tag renewal from this DMV even though I live in Orange County. But I haven't been there just yet to pay and confirm this for you.
